Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or international addresses at this time.
If you are located outside our shipping area, please contact us to discuss options.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Method and Delivery
We ship via ground shipping carriers. Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:
- Standard shipping: 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location
- Large or heavy orders: May require freight shipping, which can take 7 to 14 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. The shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery on the carrier’s website.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and uninstalled
- Product must be in its original packaging
- Product must not be damaged due to customer handling (damage beyond what was present at delivery)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage during shipping).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully package every order, but shipping damage can occur. If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photographs of the damage, including the packaging
- Include your order number
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund.
Important: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Claims for shipping damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for a full resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Products that have been installed or modified
- Free samples
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can typically be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
